We are happy to treat your physical complaints and want you to know exactly where you stand when the bill arrives. Many people have additional insurance for physiotherapy treatments included in their health insurance package. However, like many newly established practices, we have chosen not to contract with insurance companies. Depending on your insurance plan and company, you may still be fully or partially covered. We encourage you to check with your insurance provider to understand your coverage.
By making this choice, we can offer longer sessions than the typical 25 minutes, and significantly reduce our administrative workload. This allows us to focus more on you and your needs, ensuring we provide higher quality care.

After confirming your coverage with your insurance provider, you will pay Heal In Motion for the session that best suits your needs and situation. Following the session, you will receive an invoice detailing all the necessary information for your insurance provider, including the date, price, duration, type of treatment, diagnosis, and the official physiotherapy BIG number of the healthcare provider who treated you. You will then need to submit this invoice to your insurance company for them to process and refund you according to your coverage plan.
